  • NIKITA LEON
    Chef & Culinary Director
    Nikita’s culinary path began in 2014 in Vienna and has since evolved through over a decade of hands-on experience in top restaurants and luxury hotels across Europe. Trained in gastronomy and management in Spain, he combines classical foundations with contemporary techniques and a creative, thoughtful approach to food.
    His style is versatile — from open-fire cooking to fermentation, from fine dining to immersive formats.
  • DARIA MUSIIEVYCH
    Concept, Styling & Coordination
    With a background in gastronomy and hospitality management from Spain, Daria brings structure, vision, and aesthetic sensibility to every project.
    She gained her experience in luxury hotels, where she refined her skills in event coordination and guest experience.
    Today she’s responsible for the creative concept, atmosphere, design, and seamless execution of each event — making sure that every detail feels intentional and effortless.
